Shipping Terms:
All shipping cost are calculated on the checkout page. Simply choose your state and region and click "update Totals." We ship most orders via FedEx Ground for US orders. After the order is complete we will send an email with tracking information, except on live deliveries. Live specimens MUST ship by overnight or 2nd day methods. If a live order has ground shipping selected, it will delay the order until we get confirmation that you approve the higher rate. Live delivery is not guaranteed for living specimens due to variables such as weather. Live specimens ship on Mondays - Wednesdays.
| *Shipment to certain areas may be slightly higher. Actual freight costs will be calculated before order is complete. 3.7% SALES TAX will be added to all orders shipped to Colorado. Alaska and Hawaii customers may be contacted to review shipping options and cost. |
Return Policy:
Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. We make every effort to make sure your order arrives in perfect condition; however, we understand that there are times when merchandise must be returned or exchanged. Our return policy follows:

Items must be in original, unused condition and in original packaging and may be returned up to 30 days from the time of receipt at the customer's expense. Insurance is recommended. |

If a live order is recieved with the specimens dead, you must contact us withing 24 hours. Depending on the situation a replacement order may be shipped, but it is not guaranteed. |
Damaged Goods:
Any damage upon arrival should be brought to the immediate attention of the carrier and acknowledged by the carrier on the shipping documents. Failure to account such damage may delay replacement of damaged goods. Such damage should be reported to Blue Spruce Scientific immediately. Blue Spruce Scientific will replace damaged goods and assist in any claims with the carrier for the damage.
Any concealed damage of the goods (not visible in the external packaging) or defective goods must be reported to Blue Spruce Scientific within 15 days of receipt. Blue Spruce Scientific will replace the damaged or defective goods and assist with any carrier claims where appropriate. Failure to report damage within 15 days of receipt may result in denial of claims.
Special Offers and Coupons Codes:
You may redeem coupons codes on the checkout page. Simply enter the code in the "Coupon or discount Number" box. You will receive the discount upon checkout. You must have a valid authorization code to receive the discount. We distribute the coupon through many different means. Special offers and coupon codes are subject to change at anytime.
Affiliate Program:
You can earn commissions on sales by joining our affiliate program. With a line of code and our banner ad on your website you can start receiving commissions on sells from customer who purchased from your banner ad link.
